For instance, our locations are cleaned and sanitized daily. We’re also increasing the frequency with which we disinfect surfaces. Employees wash and sanitize their hands regularly as well.

For the time being, we also won’t be shaking hands with you when you enter our branch. We’ll welcome you with the same friendly disposition that we always do, but refraining from the shaking of hands is a necessary precaution to take right now.

You may also notice that some of the complimentary items we usually offer are now absent from our locations. We’ve removed the shared items like coffee pots, newspapers, and toys. But don’t worry. They’ll all make a return appearance once this has passed. And since we truly value and have faith in our community, we strongly believe that working together, it will pass.

In addition to shifting toward an appointment-only model for safety concerns, we’re also shifting toward this model to cut back on your waiting times. This will ensure we’re able to serve you in a timely manner. We’re doing everything we can to ease your worries and streamline your experience with us during this time.

Our Response to COVID-19

We’re here for you during this difficult time. That’s why we’re offering our members a comprehensive member care package. Like other lending institutions, we’re waiving a number of fees right now. For example, we’re waiving our pay-by-phone fee so you can still make your payments while staying safe at home. We’re also waiving our skip fees so that you can take advantage of our Skip-A-Pay program, which allows you to skip a monthly payment on a qualifying loan.

However, we’re taking it a step further and offering unique benefits to our members. We’re offering a zero-interest emergency loan of up to $2,500 to help you get back on your feet. You can use that money to cover basic needs and living expenses without having to worry about accruing interest. You also won’t be responsible for monthly payments for the first 90 days.
