A Homeowners policy not only protects your home, it also covers the belongings in your home.  If you have special possessions such as jewelry, artwork, collections or cameras, scheduled personal property coverage may be appropriate.  Discounts for newer home, burglar alarm, sprinkler system and up to a 15% discount when you combine your home and auto policies with the same company.
