Frequently Asked Questions for eStatements

Q.      When I click to view my eStatements, it quickly opens a blank window, then closes and doesn't show my eStatement.

You may have a pop-up blocker installed that needs to be disabled for our eStatement site in order to view eStatements.  For example, if your computer has Windows XP Service Pack2, Internet Explorer 7 or the Google Toolbar; your browser is equipped with a pop-up blocker.  We recommend that you add our eStatement site as an "allowed" site.  This will automatically disable the pop-up blocker each time you visit our site.  Alternatively you can temporarily manually disable the pop-up blocker each time you visit our eStatement site.

Q.      Do I need any special software to use the eStatement service?

If you have Adobe (Acrobat) Reader on your computer, you're all set.  If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can click http://www.get.adobe.com/reader/ for your free download.

Q.      Does it matter if I use Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox or Netscape Navigator to access the eStatement site?
