How to Get Started

To start using CU Online, login with your member number and Audré (Phone Banking) PIN.  If you do not know your member number or phone banking PIN please contact us.


System Requirements and Troubleshooting

Our site is optimized for use with the following certified/recommended browsers. If you use a different browser, you may not be able to take full advantage of all the features of the site.

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or 8.0 (includes AOL 8.0 & 9.0)
  • Mozilla Firefox 3.0
  • Safari 3.0

Transfer Funds - Cross Member

Transfer funds between your accounts or to another member’s account using the Make A Transfer button within CU Online.  Just complete a Cross Account Transfer Form.  Once returned to Central Willamette, your cross member accounts will appear in the "Transfer To" drop down list.  If account signers are different, you will also need to complete the Receipt Authorization Form.  Please print, sign and return the forms to any Central Willamette location.
