New Audre’ Phone Banking
The new and improved Audre’ 24/7 telephone teller system is up and running! After 30 years, the original system is no longer supported so now is the time to replace it with a new and improved system.
New Features
- Speech recognition option allows for a complete hands free operation of the system. (The traditional touch tone system will still be available)
- Spanish touch tone
Cross Member Transfers
To enhance security, all cross member transfers with the new system will now require a signed authorization form for each member. Cross member transfers using the cross member’s Audre’ PIN without this form will not work with the new system.

Service Codes
The new system does not support the use of “service codes”. Instead, an easy to use guided menu will be provided which does not require the memorization or use of service codes. However, you can always skip ahead by pressing the touch tone menu options prior to hearing them spoken.
