With over a decade of experience in financial services, including her role as Branch Manager at Bank of the West, Teresa brings a solutions-oriented approach to her current position as Branch Manager at Newport. She is committed to providing personalized, lifelong financial support to members, building authentic relationships, and ensuring that every member feels valued and empowered to make informed financial decisions. 

Teresa’s leadership is driven by her passion for creating thriving communities, demonstrated through her service on the Patient and Family Advisory Council at North Samaritan Hospital, her volunteer work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), and her involvement in affordable housing initiatives with the Lincoln City Chamber of Commerce. Recently, she launched a nonprofit foundation focused on land acquisition for health-promoting, affordable communities. The credit union’s tagline, "Building Better Lives Together," resonates deeply with her commitment to fostering positive change. 

Outside of work, Teresa enjoys hiking, biking, spending time with her family, and supporting nonprofit initiatives focused on affordable housing, financial literacy, and holistic health.
