The Beginning
In 1955, Central Willamette Credit Union was born out of a vision to provide a trusted financial partner for the community. Starting from a small office in Albany, we embarked on a journey that would span seven decades. Our humble beginnings were marked by a strong commitment to our members, offering them a secure place to save and borrow at reasonable rates. Over the years, we have grown and evolved, expanding our reach to over 35,000 members across 25 Counties. Despite our growth, our core values remain unchanged. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, our members' needs are our top priority.
