Samaritan Foundations & Central Willamette have come together to support patient programs through a co-branded debit card
How does this program work?
For each debit card swipe, we will donate a portion of the purchase to Samaritan Foundations and the money will go towards their patient support programs.
If you're already a member, you can stop by a branch and get your Samaritan Affinity Card.

Your Support Helps Those in Need
The five Samaritan Foundations support care for vulnerable community members. They fund assistance for patients in need to promote equal access to care and safe discharge. Currently, nearly 1,000 people throughout the tri-county region are receiving assistance with expenses such as medical bills, transportation, prescriptions, nutritional supplements, and groceries through the program.
When you use your Affinity Debit Card, you are helping Samaritan Foundations Improve Access, Build Community, Inspire Hope, and Leave a Legacy of generosity.
